Need a qualified inspector to help determine why you are having problems with your hard surface floor covering?

My typical inspection report will provide:

- moisture content reading of the substrate and floor covering when applicable

- relative humidity of the rooms where floors are installed

- pictures of the affected areas

- written report of our collections of information

 

With the information gathered we most likely will be able to determine why the hard surface flooring has failed to perform as designed.

 

What qualifies me to do hard surface inspections?

 

I have been installing hard surface flooring such as engineered hard wood, solid hardwood, linoleum, sheet vinyl, bamboo, VCT, LVT, and more since 1983.

 

I have held a California Contractor’s license since 1988.

 

I am certified by Inspector Training Services out of Dalton, Georgia to do hard surface inspections.
